When you submit the inquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, and the details you share about your dog including breed, age, behavior history, and any medical conditions you choose to tell us.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare for your consultation, and provide training services. Nothing else.
How we use it
Your information is stored securely and used only by Firm Foundation K9 Academy to contact you and plan your dog’s training. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Scheduling
Consultations are booked through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and appointment details under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us at the phone number or email address on our contact page.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Embedded videos from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok load only when you click to play them, and those platforms may set their own cookies at that point.
